BBC Bitesize: KS1 & KS2 Artist Profiles

This educational series for BBC Bitesize KS1 and KS2 focused on telling the stories of 9 unique Northern Irish visual artists, including Victor Sloan, Rita Duffy and Array Collective. We jumped at the opportunity to convey the life and works of these local artists from our home country to the next generation of young creatives.

For such a vibrant and dynamic topic, we produced a suite of 2D animations in a quirky, illustrative and graphic style. The topics are narrator led, with a fun light-hearted tone to help increase engagement with young viewers. Each of the featured artists has a bespoke 2D interpretation of themselves, making them more relatable to the audience.
